Chișinău Forum is an independent international think tank that began as a venue for scholars, public intellectuals, and political activists to postulate an alternative to the unipolar globalism that the Atlanticist powers of the West have imposed on the world's populations ever since the fall of the Berlin Wall. Dissenting from the multipolar globalism that the Eurasian powers of Russia and China are advancing as the foil to the Anglo-American Establishment, Chișinău Forum aims to synergize the different poles of resistance against globalist technocracy in all its forms.
Chișinău Forum is stalwart in its autonomy from state and private entities. As real meta-political resistance and implacable dissent requires full freedom of thought and action, Chișinău Forum does not have and does not seek sponsors. All Chișinău Forum speakers are leading academics, researchers, journalists, and civic activists united worldwide in resistance against globalist technocracy.
At Chișinău Forum 2024, Unrestricted Warfare: A Holistic Approach to the Great Reset, John Klyczek gave a presentation titled "Net-Centric Warfare and Dual-Use Ed-Tech," which explicates how education technologies are being appropriated for dual-use military applications in 4th and 5th Generation Warfare (4GW and 5GW). By data-mining students’ biometrics and psychometrics, dual-use ed-tech compiles individual student psychological profiles that can be aggregated into group gestalts. Through internet-of-bodies (IoB) and internet-of-things (IoT) networks, dual-use ed-tech can be leveraged to socio-emotionally condition group dynamics to conform to the technocratic systems dynamics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). Under the pretense of cybersecurity, military and intelligence agencies integrate net-centric “systems of systems” that can backdoor ed-tech cybernetics through the IoB and the IoT in order to generate AI predictive analytics for the command-and-control technocracy of the 4IR.
